Puncture Device for threaded disposable cartridges
Leland’s Original High Pressure Puncture Device provides for safe puncturing of threaded disposable gas filled cylinders.

  • Two female outlets are stocked, 1/8 NPT or .305 tire valve stem
  • Three female thread sizes for the puncture inlet; 3/8-24UNF, 1⁄2-20UNF, 5/8-18UNF
  • Hardened stainless puncture pin for repeatability
  • Sintered screen filter behind pin prevents particulate contamination >20 Microns
  • Mountable with a bracket and 1-12UN nut

Mountable (with bracket) Puncture Device
Puncture Device Mountable 65026 Setmounted single photoHigh strength mounting for all sized threaded disposable cylinders. The 65026 series mountable puncture devices accept 3/8”-24UNF, 1⁄2”-20UNF and 5/8”-18UNF threaded neck cylinders. The puncture pin and seal are designed to cleanly puncture the cylinder without initial gas loss. There is a primary gas relief hole near the seal so that removing a cylinder with gas remaining is immediately obvious by the loud hissing noise.

Select a 1/8”NPT outlet and connect it to virtually anything. This device is only intended to safely puncture a disposable gas filled cylinder; it is incumbent upon the user to properly control the gas pressure coming out of the cylinder. If you need to reduce the gas pressure from one of our cylinders, please go to our REGULATOR section as these also have the capability to puncture and seal.

Non-mounted Puncture Device
The 65026 series non-mountable puncture devices accept 3/8”-24UNF, 1⁄2”-20UNF and 5/8”-18UNF threaded neck cylinders. The puncture pin and seal are designed to cleanly puncture the cylinder without initial gas loss. Puncture Devices for Non-threaded Cylinders
Solid Brass and Stainless Steel construction to accept all 10cc non-threaded cylinders. Used widely to clear heating oil lines in the Northeast and A/C condensate drain lines everywhere else.

 51008 Any non threaded 8g CO2 or N20 cartridge can be punctured by placing it in the screw-on holder and turning down onto the hex puncture block. 1⁄2” NPT female outlet with an anti-blowback check valve is built in. Solid brass construction with a heat treated puncture pin makes this a classic tool used for clearing oil lines, A/C drains and many more applications.
